Sept. 8 Exhibitor services kit available online (place orders ASAP for discount rates!)
Sept. 8 First day to order guest passes to mail to your customers
Sept. 8 First day to order attendee list to promote your booth
Sept. 15 Last day to update your information for Irrigation Show Guide listing
Sept. 15 Deadline to submit Irrigation Show Guide advertising artwork
Sept. 29 First day to register exhibitor personnel

Oct. 6 Last day to submit New Product Contest application

Nov. 3 First day advance shipping to warehouse opens
Nov. 3 Last day to register exhibitor personnel to receive badges in the mail
Nov. 10 Last day to order guest passes and/or attendee list
Nov. 10 Last day to reserve press release/media kit space in press room
Nov. 11 Hotel reservations deadline (discount rates not guaranteed after this date)
Nov. 16 Discount deadline for Commonwealth Expo electrical and water/air orders
Nov. 17 Discount deadline for Freeman orders (furniture, carpet, etc.)
Nov. 17 Discount deadline for lead retrieval
Nov. 23 Last day advance shipping to warehouse (without penalty)
Nov. 23 Last day to register exhibitor personnel in advance (badges available onsite)
Nov. 26 Discount deadline for AV Concepts orders

Dec. 3 First day direct shipping to show site opens
