Online exhibitor personnel registration opens Wednesday, September 23. Exhibitor personnel registration can be done only online or on-site in San Antonio.

  • Exhibitors receive four badges per 100 square feet of booth space. For example, if you have a 10 x 10 booth, you may register four individuals at no additional cost to you. If you have a 20 x 20 booth you may register 16 individuals at no cost to you. Additional badges over your allotted amount are $50.
  • To receive your badges in the mail, you must register your personnel by November 10. Additions made after November 10 will be available for pick up on site. International badges will not be mailed and will only be available for pick up on site.
  • After November 10, you can make additions to your company registration list, but not changes and/or substitutions. Any additions made after November 10 will not be mailed, they will be available for pick up on site.
  • You can use up to three of your allotted registrations to register your manufacturer representatives, and their company name will be listed on the badge.
  • Exhibitor badges are for full-time exhibitor company employees only, with the exception of the three manufacturer representative badges you may choose to substitute for booth personnel badges.
  • Booth personnel badges allow access to the exhibition, Innovations in Irrigation Conference, and general session & keynote.
  • Badges will be mailed to the main contact designated by the exhibitor on the registration site.
  • Assignment and distribution of badges are the responsibility of the exhibiting company.
